✨3/1/24 gratitude list✨

The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.

•I’m grateful for opportunities to navigate new experiences in sobriety with grace.

•I have several days off work, during which I plan to upskill to make myself more employable.

•Whenever I have challenging thoughts or emotions, there are plenty of people in my life who are willing to talk through them with me.

•Making homemade pizza was fun and delicious and also a lot less work than I initially thought.

•I had a great night's rest, followed by a nice, extended meditation this morning. I’m grateful to be in a position to prioritize self-care.

•I’m grateful for this slow, quiet morning that I get to spend surrounded by music and dogs.

•I’m grateful for my Friday night routine. I’m blessed to have so many close friends that I look forward to seeing at the end of each week.

•I am not in the business of results. My job is to put in the work. I can constantly do my best.

•God’s delay is not God’s denial. God is always working, whether I choose to see it or not.

•Sobriety has allowed me to learn to love myself, which in turn will enable me to love and care for others.

I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and don’t deserve. I pray this attitude will make me truly humble.
