•I woke up feeling healthy and rested today.
•The opportunity to share my story at my H&I commitment last night.
•I saw an English bulldog named Angus at the 9:30 yesterday.
•Barkley was thirsty this morning, so I got to hear his aggressive drinking noises.
•Barkley just came over to me for some love.
•I have several guys making progress in the book right now. It’s beautiful to see growth in others.
•I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow and that everything wasn’t given to me all at once. It’s the journey, not the destination, that brings me closer to God.
•I can be curious about what makes me sad, anxious, mad, etc., rather than pushing the experience away.
•I’m grateful I’ve been blessed with the willingness required to do the work.
•It works — it really does.
