The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful for the opportunity to play life on easy mode right now. I know life will get more challenging in time, and I’m thankful for the practice.
•I’m grateful for rainy days in the desert.
•I’m grateful for the opportunity to build a relationship with a Higher Power of my understanding.
•I’m grateful for my dogs. My cup always seems to be overflowing with love, and they are a big part of that.
•I’m grateful for all the phone numbers of other sober alcoholics that I have on my phone.
•I’m grateful that I’ll be seeing and celebrating some of my friends at the North Scottsdale Fellowship this morning.
•I’m grateful I have my problems and not anyone else’s.
•I have much less fear in my life than I did before I got sober. I’m grateful to surrender and accept things as they are, knowing that the universe is conspiring for my best and highest good.
•I’m grateful that the obsession has been removed and hasn’t returned.
•I’m grateful for the calm and quiet of the early mornings. It allows me to connect with God and my dogs.
I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve. I pray this attitude will make me truly humble.
