•I’m so grateful to have a supportive family who trust and believe in me.
•Sometimes, I can just be. I’m not in charge of running the world, and things will get done with or without me.
•I’m able to make an impact on other men’s lives. Occasionally I say exactly what someone needs to hear.
•I’m grateful Dylan organized our flag football team. The team dynamic has pushed me socially but has been very rewarding.
•Barkley is happy and healthy, and I know I’m doing everything I can to ensure he stays that way.
•A seminar I attended yesterday earned me extra credit for three of my classes.
•Through the program and the steps, my attitude has changed from one of pride and selfishness to one of gratitude and humility.
•Nothing can separate me from the love of God.
•Life recreates itself. Every loss allows us to accept something new into our lives.
•My Higher Power gives me what I need, which is not always what I want.
God, thank you for my life.
