✨3/30/24 gratitude list✨

The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.

•Sometimes, my brain turns on me, and that’s okay. I’m grateful that everything in life is temporary, good and bad.

•I’m grateful that I’m better at accepting myself for who I am. I can love myself and treat myself as I would a close friend.

•I’m grateful that I can learn not only from my mistakes but also from the mistakes of others.

•I’m grateful that I get to see my mom tonight.

•I’m grateful for my backyard and all the animals there — the birds, the tortoise, and the feral farm dog.

•I’m grateful that Barkley is still healthy after all these years. He’s seen me through my best and worst days.

•I’m grateful that I feel excitement and optimism when I think about my future, especially concerning my employment.

•I’m grateful to have so many more good days than bad days.

•I’m grateful for my medications and supplements, which help keep my body and mind healthy.

•I’m grateful that I have no shortage of people to look to for wisdom and advice. Even though there are times that I feel lost, I know a guide is only a phone call away.

I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve. I pray this attitude will make me truly humble.
