✨3/8/24 gratitude list✨

The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.

•I’m grateful to be feeling better today than I did yesterday.

•I’m grateful for the turmeric and ashwagandha tea my grandsponsor gave me for Christmas.

•I’m grateful for my dogs, who have taken to waking me up with love and excitement each morning.

•I’m grateful that Norman has grown into such a loving and cuddly little man. I’m also a big fan of him using his paw to get my attention when he’s feeling ignored.

•I’m grateful for easy access to quality health care. Conveniently, I already had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for today.

•I’m grateful to be less selfish than I used to be. I’m capable of putting others' needs before my own.

•I’m grateful for this practice, which allows me quiet time to reflect on the undeserved blessings I continue to receive in sobriety.

•I’m grateful to wake up happy and excited for life almost daily. And when I don’t, I know it’s time to get into action rather than stew in self-pity.

•I’m grateful to be a member of a spiritual fellowship that encourages me to grow into my best and highest self.

•I'm grateful for the opportunity to gradually grow in my spirituality without the pressure of achieving instant overwhelming god-consciousness.

I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve. I pray this attitude will make me truly humble.
