3 yrs into recovery, my wife wants a divorce now, found out a couple of days ago and I’m very anxious. 2 kids, 2 dogs, 1 house. Now this will be some trying times.
ThaNK GOD ... you have a good foundation in sobriety. Trying times...I divorced at year 16... use the tools you’ve accumulated. O2-28-2OO2

Hang in there brother. You’ve got 3 years of recovery so you know how important that is no matter what’s going on in your life. Hopefully you have a good support system from AA/NA. Now is the time to utilize all of your resources. Have faith that your higher power has got a plan for you. You do your part and leave the rest in hands. I know it’s not possible to think like this all the time, but when your mind starts messing with you, you need to pause and remember who you are and what you can control. Keep sharing and walking the walk.
