30 days! Longest I've been completely clear alcohol and any kind of drug, prescription or otherwise in well over a year. Its not much, but its a start!
That's huge. Congrats!
That’s awesome
It’s a new life. Fantastic. Feel proud. On a new path to life. Congratulations
30 days is a really big deal. Congratulations
30 days is a big deal and each day after will be just a big. It’s not an easy process, but it is so worth it to keep the momentum going
congrats!
It is a big deal! It’s the start of a new journey. What are you doing to stay clean and sober? I mean do you do a 12 step program, some other program, or do you just follow your heart? Curious to know how others are doing it and what works for them
It’s a very big deal. All any of us have is another 24 hours so you’re right on track with all of us. Each day we wake up we are all at the same point. Keep it going. You are doing amazing work!!!
I am doing mostly Refuge Recovery but also AA. Also a LOT of self care. Yoga, meditation, walks, going to the gym. I just got out of 30 day inpatient program and start PHP next week. I'm determined to make it stick this time.
I’m not familiar with Refuge Recovery. I’ll have to look that one up. Otherwise, I’m doing many similar things as you. AA, personal psychotherapy, marriage counseling, prayer and meditation, etc. I had a bunch of years and then forgot who I was. I need to make it stick that time too. I’ve damaged myself and my loved ones enough. It’s time for a new and beautiful journey. Have a beautiful and sober day

Congratulations
