Coming back with 30 days feeling good about this thing, I picked a clean date and I’m sticking with it! Working a program with a sponsor to start to heal from addiction. I pray everyone here is healing also and if you feel like using please pick up the phone and call another addict just do that one thing before you use

Remember your date and think of it as your birthday because that's what it really is. The end of your old lifestyle and the beginning of your NEW life.
