You are closer to one year sober than you are not! Get to a meeting or jump on zoom. You he feelings will pass. Good luck man
Thanks guys. I went for a long walk and cooled my mind off. I think I just get in the comparison game too much

I’m by myself quite a bit now days. The funny thing is I felt more alone when I was with the wrong group of “friends.” They made me feel more alone than actually being alone. If that makes any sense lol. I feel like solitude makes us grow and become more comfortable with ourselves. I guess it’s all about perspective?
