Congratulations! Keep up the good work. I quit heroin 10 months ago and it gets easier every day. Remember bad thoughts are temporary cuz your disease will try to get in the way some days. Don't give in, look at how much better life is today and will be tomorrow. One day at a time is my best advice and surround yourself with as much support as u can. Good luck and keep moving forward.....be proud of yourself...:slight_smile:
