3days and obsession is in full force
Just remember that as long as you don't entertain the thought that the obsession or cravings will go away but if you indulge in the thought it will become a reality
Do something anything to dismiss the thought I find that writing, reading, watching a good movie, even cooking something you enjoy eating helps a lot. You can also call someone that cares and will listen maybe another addict they can help alot too. You can make it through this.

Early days are tough
I second the meetings, something to look forward to and people going through the same struggle. Makes you feel not so alone in the battle. Make the good decision for yourself , every day, every hour. It's the biggest accomplishment and best thing you can do for yourself and your future .You can do it .
You got this! Everytime you ignore it you're just strengthening your resolve to change (I need to follow my own advice!) reach out or hit up a meeting if it gets too much!

When Iām obsessing I go to lots of in person meetings and tell on myself. I do lots of service. Gets me out of my head.
Day 3-9 were the hardest for me. Hang in there. We know you can do this. One breath at a time.
