Not giving up on quitting is great. Eventually it will stick—a little longer, a little longer, etc. Relapse is part of process. Wake up, throw on sweats, and go for a walk. Come back and take a shower/bath. Keep on doing things. Maybe make a to-do list filled with distractions?! Keep at it!
