The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful for all the cute noises Norman makes while waking up.
•I’m grateful that both dogs love their new kibble. No more hunger strikes!
•I’m grateful that I got to see a bunch of friends at the fellowship yesterday. It was great to see everyone come together to celebrate our friend.
•I’m grateful to have my mom in town.
•I’m grateful I’ve been blessed with the tools to live a sane and sober life.
•I’m grateful that each new day is full of limitless opportunities for growth.
•I'm grateful for a healthy body and mind that keep growing and developing as I nurture and exercise them.
•I’m grateful I’ve identified my mind as the enemy. Before I could identify what was happening, I believed my thoughts because they were MY thoughts. Being able to separate myself from my thoughts has been liberating.
•I’m grateful that confronting my issues head-on results in fewer issues.
•I'm grateful for realizing that I can't honestly figure everything out and must live a life primarily guided by faith.
I pray that I may be grateful for the things I have received and do not deserve. I pray this attitude will make me truly humble.
