The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful for a boss who appreciates and trusts me. I told her I don't feel the greatest, and she’s going to let me leave early, no questions.
•I’m grateful that, although I don’t feel 100%, I feel better than I did an hour ago.
•I’m grateful for a functioning immune system that does a pretty good job of keeping me healthy.
•I’m grateful for hot coffee and cough drops.
•I’m grateful to have a bunch of time that I can spend studying before I present on Tuesday.
•I’m grateful to have a working body and mind that, through discipline and rigorous training, I can mold and grow.
•I’m grateful that the good in my life so heavily outweighs the bad at any given time.
•I’m grateful for leftover Postinos from Karli.
•I’m grateful to have two very handsome and very good boys who love me unconditionally.
•I’m so grateful that the obsession was removed, allowing all these beautiful things to take its place.
Self-will is as fragile as fine china. We need to be more like Tupperware than fine china — we’ll last longer and be invited to more dinner parties.
