The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful that most days, I wake up completely healthy.
•I’m grateful that I can rest and take things easy today. I’m thankful I still have several days to recover before the BIG DAY.
•I’m grateful that even when I’m not feeling 100%, I can still honor myself by sticking to my routines and commitments.
•I’m grateful for two dogs who love me.
•I’m grateful for Nutella and peanut butter toast.
•I’m grateful for all the optimism and support that I receive from my friends.
•I’m grateful for the poise and balance that God gives me, provided I keep him at the center of my life.
•I'm grateful that my actions while drinking never crossed a line that I couldn't set right.
•I’m grateful for all the time Karli has and will spend helping me study for my presentation.
•I’m grateful that my inner monologue is overwhelmingly positive these days.
Self-will is as fragile as fine china. We need to be more like Tupperware than fine china — we’ll last longer and be invited to more dinner parties.
