The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful that no matter what happens in my life, I’m almost always okay in this moment.
•I’m grateful for the ability to lean into challenges and grow from them. No more sticking my head in the sand.
•I’m grateful for all the love and support from my friends, family, and pups.
•I’m grateful for all the opportunities to interview with diverse and interesting companies.
•I'm grateful for the spiritual toolkit AA has provided me, making me far better equipped to handle life as it unfolds than I ever was before.
•I’m grateful to have a good friend living with me for most of this month.
•I'm grateful for the time spent reading with a sponsee yesterday. That grounding moment in the book prepared me to handle some unexpected and unpleasant news gracefully and tactfully.
•I’m grateful to be able to attend one of my favorite meetings tonight. It’ll be good to see my friends and have some laughs.
•I’m grateful for a healthy body that allows me to move, perceive, breathe, and speak freely.
•I’m grateful for this gradual process of transformation. Had I been completely liberated from myself all at once, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the journey.
I pray that I may accept every challenge. I pray that each acceptance of a challenge may make me grow into a better person.
