✨4/29/23 gratitude list✨

Today I’m grateful for so many things, including:

•I’ve been able to honor myself by sticking to my nutrition, fasting, and exercise plans. The results are beginning to show.

•The impact that exercise has had on my mental health.

•The positive relationship I have with my ex.

•The program has taught me to listen. When I do all the talking, I only learn what I already know.

•The people in my life who listen and make me feel understood. It’s through them that I can find answers to any emotional problem.

•The unspoken understanding between Barkley and me in so many different situations.

•Being able to fall right to sleep whenever I want.

•My life is so full.

•Coffee with a new friend from school today.

•I can hear the birds outside my windows right now. I used to hate hearing them because it meant I had been up all night. Now it signals the beginning of a new day filled with possibilities.

God, thank you for my life.
