The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful for all the love everyone at Orangetheory has shown me. Today is my last day here, and I feel especially loved.
•I’m grateful for deep conversations with Dylan.
•I’m grateful to live in a home full of love, laughter, and food.
•I’m grateful that I understand and accept myself more today than I ever have in the past.
•I'm grateful that my new job allows me to return to my old meetings. I've missed the consistency I had early in sobriety, and I'm excited about the opportunity to become a regular again.
•I’m grateful for the quality sleep I got last night, even having to wake up early. I notice a difference when I don’t sleep well.
•I’m grateful for my new car and how much safer I feel in an SUV loaded with safety features.
•I’m grateful for another day above ground where all my needs are met, along with most of my wants.
•I’m grateful for a healthy, quiet mind.
•I'm grateful for the chance to be part of the incredible fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous—the best in the world.
The root of joy is gratefulness.
