The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•I’m grateful for yesterday's successful interview and the opportunity to move on to the next round. I’m one step closer to landing a job I’m excited about.
•I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had to experience rejection and the speed with which I can now bounce back.
•I’m grateful to navigate life with more grace and tact than at any other point.
•I’m grateful for my friends who love and support me when I’m on the right path and correct me when I’m not.
•I’m grateful for sponsorship. It’s like having a life coach or mentor, which I desperately needed.
•I’m grateful for the sunshine that always seems to brighten my spirits.
•I’m grateful for my Ōura ring and all the improvements I’ve seen in both my sleep hygiene and sleep quality.
•I'm grateful for my body's automatic processes during sleep that let me glide through the night effortlessly, waking up alive and sober to enjoy another beautiful day.
•I’m grateful that I’m not God and that whatever is has freed me from the horrible obsession of alcoholism.
•I’m grateful for the reminders that having a little bit of time doesn’t make me immune to relapse.
Self-will is as fragile as fine china. We need to be more like Tupperware than fine china — we’ll last longer and be invited to more dinner parties.
