4 months after a relapse

I’m still not drinking even though I’ve changed my mind about so much. It’s the pressure now to prove it’s me, my innate power, and not God or a strict program that will keep me going and sober :notes:

sobriety is ever revolving- you can make it your own :yellow_heart:

A support system of some sort isn't a bad idea, regardless of what flavor it is. It's good to be able to contact somone when you have that urge to go patio drinking with everyone else.

It's going to be you who keeps you sober, but true friends and family can help you until it gets less challenging. I say less because I'm not tempted when I drive past a liquor store now, but if I'm somewhere I get aromas i need to leave. I had to also tell mainly family not to even ask me about the use because it pisses me off. I would like to discuss i will. Also you may need to break friendships. I had to do it to someone who just wasn't understanding it even telling them for years. Be you and power through. If you need to talk holler
