Rain falls on all of us.
Its our fault we are outside in the rain.
The rain will pass and a new storm will come again.
Try to remember an umbrella next time.
It's a simplified explanation but it gets me through so many things.

Something my mother told me years and years ago…which I realize more than ever, these days…rings true.
She told me to remember that everything is temporary.
Time and time again,
I am reminded that everything in, within this life truly I S temporary.
Every feeling, situation, scenario.
Life itself!
Is
Temporary.
Also.
The other night I was reminded that life is happening F O R us…not T O us.
I love that.
I do not like victim mentalities.
Our minds are powerful.
We have choices.
