42 days today. Last 3 have been a bit rough on the mentals. Seems all I can do is stay sober....hoping I can just apply doing one thing at a time, like the one day at a time thing ..

Congrats on 42 days!

Don’t be ashamed to take it one minute at a time if you have to do. I did that for many months before I was able to take life a day at a time.
Progress not perfection, you got this :heart:

Thank you Jess. Everything has been getting to me the last few days. It's like I'm frustrated for nothing. I'm so used to using. Now being clean...it's just so different. I don't know what to do with all my feelings. I thank u though for being that someone to encourage me. I needed it
