Nice job just had a curiosity are you dealing with messages that you have made while you’re using because I am and it’s driving me nuts I just wish that I could go back in time and change some of the stuff that I’ve done

Thinking about past is depression and just learn from it. To be happy live in present.

I take it one day at a time and try to make living amends for my past by making better choices today and staying clean. It helps me deal with my past so much! :heart:
