I’ve tried just about everything on the market. Haven’t smoked since middle December and I’m more committed to being sober than ever which makes it that much more frustrating. I’ll never vape marijuana again.
Just keep repeating to yourself "Weed does not make me more creative, this is a lie. I don't wanna be a burnout d-bag".....
Hang in there man
Have you tried not drinking or drugging no matter what?? Gone to meetings and reached out for help when you feel like using?
Hi Shane, sounds like you're headed in the right direction, odaat.
Hi, Shane.
Go to meetings, ( online if not comfortable with going in person ).
If those are not for you, there are other avenues while right, connect with others on this path…this app is helpful while you need to keep adding to your toolbox.
( Stating the obvious, I realize🤓 )…and commend yourself for wanting to get sober, Shane!
You obviously want to become sober or else, I do not think that you would post?!
Distract yourself and read as much as you can about quitting…( maybe that does not work for everyone )?…while I started reading about cravings…and that in and of itself served as impetus to take it all moment by moment…you can do this, Shane!

Right on.
Do this also, Shane.
What Taylor suggested.

Awesome mantra.
No need to be a “ burnout d-bag “, man!
I’ve been going to meetings, I’ve been cali sober since may of last year but wanted to get sober sober for my birthday. It’s just frustrating. I’m committed to not using, I just want it out of my system.
Got you, Shane.
I can comprehend how frustrating it feels.
Keep going.
You can do this!
Okay I've been sober drugs for nearly 3 years aside from the meds my psychiatrist prescribed me for. From THC concentrate to narcotics, all I can say is look for ways to get years of smoke tar from your lungs on the Internet and give those a try. But if that doesn't work for you then the longer you stay sober, the more you will feel better and the life will go back into your eyes! And plus now that all drugs are now out of my system, I even got a job as a CPhT! Certified pharmacy technician!
With time, a humans set of lungs will regenerate, making the lungs break up the tar by coughing.
