I have so many things to be grateful for:
•It’s so easy to love and care for Barkley.
•The men closest to me who hold me accountable and teach me how to live a happy and productive life.
•The women in my life.
•A genuine desire to be helpful to others.
•Witnessing Keeton navigate life’s challenges as a sober man.
•Brief (and I mean BRIEF) moments of clarity when I realize the world doesn’t revolve around me.
•My wrist is another day closer to being 100%.
•I’m learning the value of inaction in certain situations. Often my first thought is wrong or counterproductive, and inaction prevents me from making difficult situations worse.
•Intermittent fasting helps me get consistently good sleep.
•A desire for a relationship with a Power greater than myself.
God, thank you for my life.
-Mike
