I have so many things to be grateful for:
•I’m becoming more skillful in responding to unpleasant feelings and emotions.
•I slept like a rock last night.
•My wrist is nearly healed.
•I saw one of my closest friends pick up his two-year chip last night. It’s inspiring watching other people grow in this program.
•Spotify.
•Feelings of rejection and inferiority are just feelings and don’t accurately reflect my value.
•Multiple opportunities to do step work with sponsees this weekend.
•A schedule that allows me to do the things that are important to me, like my gratitude list, work with sponsees, and exercise.
•Barkley’s paws and how they look like he’s wearing little socks.
•I love myself. Not in an egotistical way but in an accepting and compassionate manner.
God, thank you for my life.
