If I just look around me, I have so much to be grateful for.
•I don’t have to believe all of my thoughts. I realize thoughts aren’t always facts.
•We saw a residential duck on our morning walk.
•All my friends are such good people.
•I get paid to travel to California this week.
•My weekend was very lowkey, which is an adjustment, but I’m sure I’ll come to appreciate the slow, calm days.
•I’ve easily been able to adjust my routine for this new role.
•I’m grateful for OTF and the “get-well” job that has helped me appreciate my new role.
•As long as I stay sober, things seem to get better and better.
•Life can happen on life’s terms, and I don’t have to worry. I know I will taken care of.
•Prayer and meditation have helped me to slow my mind and to spend much less time living in fear.
Thank you for being a part of my life!
