Today I’m grateful for so many things, including:
•I don’t have to drink or use, no matter what. The obsession has been removed.
•I finished up my interpersonal relationships class yesterday.
•Seeing and making friends at the meditation meeting last night.
•I like how the gym makes me feel. I enjoy spending time there.
•Once again, I woke up early because I was too excited for life to sleep in.
•The way Barkley tries to itch his face with his paws.
•I am not my thoughts. Inside my head are the actor (thinker) and the observer. Through meditation, I am strengthening my relationship with the observer.
•The universe always seems to open a new door when an old door closes.
•I have everything I need and a lot of things I want.
•Every person I meet has something to teach me.
God, thank you for my life.
