The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•My thoughts aren’t the truth.
•Fear shows me the areas that need attention.
•I’ve seen how good life can be, and no matter what happens, I can always make it back here.
•I have the tools for continued growth.
•Cardio days at the gym.
•Building the Brotherhood this morning.
•Even my worst days are pretty good in comparison.
•Norman the mountaineer.
•Picking up dog poøp in the early morning sun is good for my circadian rhythm.
•Shorter gratitudes feel more authentic.
Recognizing that you’re not where you want to be is a starting point to begin changing your life.
