The gratitude I feel today is a direct result of the work I did yesterday.
•Feeling tired at night and rested in the morning.
•A long day at work doesn’t feel like a long day.
•The landscapers are coming to clean up the backyard today. Better them than me.
•I know I can do hard things, and I’ll be better for having done them.
•The humility to pass when I’m covered.
•I am grateful for my ability to experience the world's beauty through all my senses.
•Belly laughs at men's meetings.
•Putting in the legwork and accepting the outcomes is a simple, efficient way of living.
•Ability to recognize when I’m not present.
•The sense of grounding that I get from my morning routine.
Thank you for being a part of my life!
