5 days since I Stopped smoking weed. I went to the park to walk my dog and ended up talking to some fellow dog owners. It didn't hit me until I got back home. I did it without being in my head and having a lot of anxiety. Just made me laugh at myself maybe I don't need it to be a chill person. Today I feel less anxiety but I can feel all my suppressed anger slowly trying to get back. No shortcuts now, time to be mindful.
