5 days sober today. I went to a friend's house yesterday that was 2:week's sober. When I been there they were loaded. I had to leave. Addiction is a serious thing! Then people ask why doesn't a person just quit. Obviously, they don't know addiction. Right now I can't be around people that drink.

I'm 8 months clean today. Keep on keeping on. I still can't be around people that use, and that's ok. You gotta change your playground and playmates.
