51 days clean by the grace of God at one hour at a time. So today ill be waiting for my FUM, to help me quit vaping. Talk about nicotine, they were right its the most addictive drug out there besides sugar. One hour at a time as its been for 51 days now.

Keep on fighting!
Nicotine gets minimized so much, but that pull is relentless. I hope whatever tool you’re trying gives you something steady to reach for while you keep doing this hour by hour.
