Sober one. I am grateful this mornig to be waking up sober. I am tired and I am going in to the BPPR for a shift. I offered. The owners are leaving tomorrow for 7 days and I know they need today to be free. I offered to work this morning and then.....I'm am off to celebrate ME!
I am super excited and grateful to honor myself. I realize how far I have come and l deserve to pamper myself. Toes. Tanning. Hair. It will be so nice to end the day with a fresh tan. Freshly manicured toes. Hair done with new blonde hilights and 
cut! I am super excited

I am grateful to have booked the afternoon with Doggie Daycare. Yep, the pups will be at the BPPR while I am out pampering myself. I am super excited about this trial day for them. Not worried about Shiloh making new pals. Little, well, he has an attitude problem sometimes toward other male dogs and dogs bigger than him....nonetheless I am grateful to have the opportunity to take them there for the afternoon.
I am grateful this morning for Little Man and Shiloh and I appreciate lil for accepting her. Everyday I come home and they are already outside. I know they must be playing and playing hard bc they come in, eat and play tug and then are ready for bed about 8. I appreciate him and them and how much joy they bring to my life.

today for the apology I received from the lady that was so awful 
at the BPPR on Saturday. I mean.....wretched awful and rude and mean to our new girl. I know she only apologized because the owner spoke to her with a hard conversation 
, but I accept it and am ready to move forward with a fresh start......however....if she comes to the front desk today with her bs I am ready to stand up and firmly assert myself and remind her she is a KTech today and not the desk lead.
I am grateful for gifts. The 2 KTs worked doubles yesterday and after they went on break, they went shopping! They came back with 2 bags of GIFTS 
for ME! Journal, pens, markers, postit notes shaped like 
dogs, pepsi zero, a new coffee tumbler, a candle, and other goodie! I was surprised and so grateful they thought of me and my birthday!
I am grateful today. Sober and Strong!
