If I can do it, you can do it! Today kinda sucked. I've been unemployed for six months and it's starting to weigh on me. But I'm okay with feeling the suck instead of trying (unsuccessfully) to numb it with booze and drugs, and feeling even worse than before. I will make it one more day.

I hear you ,all my troubles or struggles in sobriety are much easier without adding more guilt shame and remove to the plate. Have faith God doesn't give us anything we can't handle. Have faith and keep moving forward and it will come when it's time.

What a blessing that you are sober during this time. Imagine trying to find a job hung over or drunk. Wow how blessed you are . I agree with the person that said volunteer your time and serve while you are job hunting.
