I feel better to some extent. But my mind is so clouded that I can't concentrate.

Toby, the first 30 days of sobriety for me was so cloudy in my head I could barely think straight or focus. It passes and gets much clearer with time.
Are you going to AA or NA meetings? They really helped me. The more the better.
