Feeling a bit better day by day! I can do this! I have gotten up to a month 3 times this year! I know i can stay sober just need to reach out and stay connected to those who are good for me!

Brittany, great job! I found that going to AA meetings, getting sponsored and doing the 12 steps was a massive game changer for me.
Actually much better and easier than doing it alone.
