6 months sober today from Alcohol, 1 year and 1 month clean from opiates also 18 days without a cigarette!!! Wow what amazing accomplishments!!! I continue to take one day at a time!!!

I still love my caffeine (coffee in the morning) but I don’t see myself quitting that anytime in the near future!! Wish you luck on the nicotine if it’s ever something you choose to quit!!
