I woke up this morning with the biggest smile on my face-A, NEW”, “ Milestone!”, maybe it’s small for some, but Huge for me!
I took the day off and started my day the way I love to-Sunrise at one of my favorite beaches, beautiful hike at one of my favorite State Parks, swam in Lake Superior, which is so sssso Superior 
and then went to my favorite Authenic Italian restaurant with some of my favorite humans.
Truly Feeling extremely grateful to be alive, SOBER, healthy and in such a postive/clear mindset. Life is truly a gift and I’m beyond lucky enough to have had a second chance!

It truly is! It’s sailing tonight here in Duluth so I’m going to finish my evening with sailing, friends, Bbq and a sunset.
