60 days sober today! I think I’m finally accepting that I am powerless to my addiction, the first step. Needing to be in control has been a big struggle of mine throughout life, being the child that was often overlooked and expected to be doing okay. I’m accepting that being in control today means having the power to say no to my addiction, which has made such a positive impact in my life these past 2 months. Thankful for the community and support I’ve been able to find
