6am on a Sat, rainy day, coffee brewing grateful I’m not hungover, another 10am meeting the guilt and shame is very heavy my first week but one day at a time right

If u need to talk about anything I am here and willing.... If no one told u today, I am proud of you. A week is hard to get. U are strong 
We're all only sober for one day at a time. You can't own sobriety, you rent it. And rents due every night. keep at it and it gets easier
The guilt goes away in time. I did the 12 steps with a sponsor. That worked for me. Good luck
