I have so much to be grateful for if I just take a moment to look around.
•Today marks two and a half years of sobriety.
•My life is exactly as happy as I allow it to be.
•My bedroom feels warm and inviting after my mini redesign.
•Barkley is having trouble with his legs, but I’m handling it without panic or worry. God’s plan will happen regardless of how painful I make it.
•Today is the last day my pool will look the way it does now.
•Peace is my default setting.
•Today is a gift, and I’m grateful to be alive and sober to experience it.
•I’m grateful for the profound change in attitude and outlook that I’ve experienced as a result of the steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.
•Dylan has some new silly glasses that made me chuckle in last night's meeting.
•Knowing that I don’t know much of anything makes life a whole lot simpler.
Thank you for being part of my story!
