I have so much to be grateful for if I just take a moment to look around.
•I’ve given myself permission to mix up my meditation practice.
•I made time to read last night.
•I have everything I need within myself.
•Quiet mornings with coffee and dogs.
•I have more ownership over my emotions than I have historically. Any time I am disturbed, there is something wrong with me.
•The only problems I have now are those I create when I break out in a rash of self-will.
•It’s just as easy to see the best in everyone as it is to see the worst. I simply need to focus my attention on what I want to see.
•I had several top-tier sandwiches yesterday.
•I’m grateful for all the people who constantly show me love, even when I’m at my most unlovable.
•I have two dogs who love me very much, and I’m grateful that I can keep them safe and healthy.
