Today, I choose gratitude.
•Saturday was filled with friends and fun.
•Barkley clearly missed me a lot when I was gone all day.
•The North Scottsdale Fellowship still feels like home.
•I have friends who love and care about me.
•I look and feel healthy.
•Even when my schedule and life fill up, I still show up for myself and do the things that I did yesterday to stay sober.
•Sound bath tonight.
•I know that I am not my thoughts. What a foreign concept that used to be.
•Another day above ground.
•The fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous that saved a hope-to-die alcoholic like myself.
God, thank you for my life.
