Great job! 7 days. I'm at day 38 and finally am sleeping on my own without even Advil PM
I still feel exhausted. I'm also still emotional at weird times and feel nothing at other times. The people on these apps give me so much encouragement and I'm so glad I found them

Thanks. Yeah the support here is very helpful and encouraging. There’s something called paws. Where after a while you can still feel the effects of detox and withdrawals months later. But I appreciate you
