Today I'm feeling a little better physically. I got some groceries. Ugh Walmart sucks. They replaced my old stove with a new one because of the fire. I made it a week. Let's keep the momentum going... I'm grateful for my daughters, my higher power, my friends and family, to have a roof over my head and food to eat and a shower. I've been homeless before and didn't appreciate the little things people take for granted. Now I do.

You’re welcome. You get feelin down, I’m a good ear. BTW staying busy is key. If you don’t have hobbies get some. I know you want this to work or you would not have days put together. I feel the AA / sponsor is paramount. Keep an open mind.
