Thanks some days are easier then others some I just want to give up but at the end of every day I say good job u did it again. Without using I know there something better out there for me

Outside of drinking, all of those were my DOC also. Prescription pills of any kind honestly. I'd take uppers to battle the downers. Snort coke or meth to fight the downers washed down with any kind of alcohol
