7 months sober today! Couldn’t have done it without sober living. The first two months I was living in an apartment by myself and all I could think of was drinking. As soon as I moved into sober living maintaining my sobriety has been a piece of cake.
Also strong body, strong mind. Going outside and getting at least 10,000 steps a day, eating healthy (I recommend carnivore or animal based), gym minimum 3 times a week. Working on your physical health is working on your mental health.
After so many years of just destroying myself, I finally got my life back.
