7 weeks after hitting my rock bottom, I am blessed to still have my job, my family has welcomed me back after seeing me at my worst, and this continued gift of sobriety. One day at a time.

Good job bro! A piece I can pass onto you is something that brought me closer to my family. The realization that you’re needing to change your thinking habits, and the way you react to them now that you’re clean. It’ll help build a strong foundation buddy. I asked my wife and kids how i was at my worst.. and the feedback was heart wrenching.. You got this man! one day at a time bro!
